CBCT-Aided Nonsurgical Retreatment

The patient referred for complaints associated with a crown restoration on tooth #16 that was placed 5 years prior. CBCT scan revealed an adequate previous endodontic treatment with no missed canals as well as enlargement of the membrane of the maxillary sinus above the upper molars.
